Moriz's Balanced Build II: Some Changes for the New Update

note: gwshack has not updated the skills yet, so check on guildwiki.org for the skill effects. after the new update, i've changed a few things about my original balanced build (http://gwshack.us/a3802). there are 3 major changes: -BA ranger is gone, and replaced by an air ele. -the linebacker is replaced by a conjure cripslash. -the original air runner is replaced by an experimental illusion runner. this build is specifically designed to counter a melee-based meta, and also taking advantage of the new convert hexes on an ele to hold hexes at bay. the experimental runner is designed to take out archers and melee based gankers easily, but there's some improvements to be made. |

nice, odd but nice.
Only one small point, in my experience spirit bond works better on the RC monk, it benifits from the higher prot more, whereas prot spirit will cope quite frankly |
